| Details: | 1969 Volkswagen Bug with a 63 ragtop installed. Has always had this ragtop in it, was told it was installed at the factory. Brand new cloth top. This bug had a new 1776cc engine and can really get up and go. The engine is freshly rebuilt with only 3000 miles on it. Starts right up and runs solid! It has low back seats, It could use a new carpet kit and the back seat reupholstered. With a little buffing or a new paint job this car can really shine! This car has only been in Florida a year and spent its whole life is Arizona so little rust. It took 3rd place at Phoenix Bugarama for 1968 and up convertibles in 2011 The only bads right now are the gas gauge needs a vibration unit and the wipers arent working, easy cheap fixes! Definitely an eye catcher and with a little attention this is an easy show car. |
