| Details: | 1969 Volkswagen Beetle *VW bug*with a 1972 engine with 4-speed trans. New stereo with 6x9 speakers. Interior is in good shape, but could use new seats. PROS: Its a tough little get up, its has made it to Winter Park numerous times and started every time in -15 degree weather. The stereo system is loud and can accommodate an IPod (or anything via USB) CONS: Recently ran into wiring issues so Im thinking it could use a wiring harness and the whole thing redone for reliability. A cheap alternative would be to get the back right brake light working then its good to go! Body is in fair shape with minor rust but would come with a dent in the rear hood. I have receipts for the new brakes all around and other minor work done to the vehicle. Very little wiggle room on the price. |
