When was the last time you saw one of these...prob never. Presented here is a very original 1970 GMC 1500 C-10 in very beautiful condition inside and out. This truck is sporting its original coat of paint. Thats right this is a survivor and has never been restored! This is one of the neatest trucks I have ever seen and has been nicely preserved. The odometer shows only 76,000 original miles and judging how clean this truck is I trust its original. The truck is a one family owned Colorado truck that has been preserved in its rare option trim. This truck would have been specially ordered with some heavy towing in mind as this was the top of the line model in the GMC Trucks lineup. Check out the Big Window and cool Custom interior trim options. The faux wood trim all around on the exterior is so cool! Most of these trucks would have been ordered in long bed option but this special order wanted something different! The following is a list of options as this C10 is currently equipped: -Original GMC 402ci Big Block V8 -Rare 4 Speed Manual Transmission -Two Wheel Drive -Upgraded Radio -GM Rally Wheels -Deluxe Custom Interior ( ALL ORIGINAL! ) The body on the GMC is totally solid and rust free.The paint on the truck is almost completely original and steps were taken to preserve the look of the truck while keeping its originality. The rubber seals are all in very nice shape and the truck seals up perfect. The chrome and trim is original on the truck and is overall very good condition for being original. This Custom looks awesome with newer BF GOODRICH radial tires were mounted up on the 15 wheels and really add the right look to round off the beautiful stance of this C10. The truck has been lowered 3in Front 4in rear for a perfect stance. Truck has new brakes, new shocks, professionally arched rear springs, and a laser alignment. This truck is sharp! The interior is in great shape all around. The aqua vinyl seats are all in very good shape and look great. The headliner and fabric look excellent. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The dashboard is in excellent shape and originality of the interior is evident everywhere you look. Original carpet is excellent with no rips and minimal ware. All door panels and trim are excellent. Stereo has an auxuilary input and updated digital tuner for am/fm and cassette. Mechanically, this C10 runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts quite easily. The 402ci engine has been fully tuned up with oil change and runs like a top! The truck has been upgraded with a bigger edelbrock performer intake and big edelbrock carb. The truck could use a cam job to really get all the juice out of the setup. The engine compartment was fully detailed and cleaned, and steps were taken to preserve originality wherever possible. The GMC is tight as a drum and doesnt leak a drop of anything. The truck has been well maintained and it really shows both under the hood, and in the way the truck handles and drives. Check out the original chalk marks on the firewall! All in all, this is one of the cleanest and most beautiful trucks that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners.
