Glass with rust inhibiter coating -Sound deadener insulation glass track then new fuzzies and felt on all side windows- New power steering sector and shaft for full power steering -Power brake booster with new power disc brakes -Brakes up front and power drum brakes on rear-New hood emblem and bird and new trunk emblem and lighted tag frame- All the other side and window trim including the gravel guards and Rocker trim are New or refurbished-The engine is a mildly built 350 CI with a Saginaw four speed transmission and B an M shifter -Custom fabricated aluminum radiator and frame with thermostatically controlled 3300 CFM electrical fan and shroud.-Custom built 3000 RPMStall Converter and a custom built and strengthened Turbo 400 Transmission.-A Moser custom fabricated 9 Ford Positraction Rearend.-This week front Disc brakes along with QA1 Coil Over Shocks Polyurethane Bushings in the most strategic places-In the front and rear being installed.-The undercarriage is being wiped down and a lite coat of undercoating applied.-A Driveshaft loop is going in.-I am having a red Walnut 14 steering wheel with three billet spokes and black center button with an outline of a red bow tie was installed today.-It will take a volume to describe the Monster 454 CI engine with a conservative estimated 530 Horsepower which was built along the line of the Legendary Chevrolet LS6 with new improved horsepower making parts.- Everything that would improve power was ported and balanced.. General Outline Of Cars Design Specifications-1-car is a 1971 Chevelle Malibu Two Door Hardtop Red W with an absolutely Perfect new black vinyl roof. I didnt see the car with the original vinyl roof off but someone who did said there was no rust at all under it and the new roof is perfect.. 2- The car was supposedly a one family owned car until Spring two years ago and was supposed to have always been garaged and has had one repaint and close inspeion indicates all of this to be true. The speedometer and odometer work perfectly and shows 62XXX miles. All of the perfect vinyl interior appears to be original with the exception of the front seat.b. 3- the car had its original 350 CI small block with a Turbo 350 Transmission when I bought it and they both performed as if brand new. I sold them the first time I raised the hood to a Chevrolet Collector after I bought the car.. 4-This is a general outline of the design build back of this beautiful appearing and performing Chevelle.. 5- The cooling system consist of an aluminum Two one inch thick cells with an aluminum frame radiator desig and shroud covering the engine side of the radiator with a thermostatically controlled electric 3300 cfm f an.. 6- As previously stated the engine is an early 1070S 454 CI Big Block Chevrolet bored .30 over with Cast Iron heads with hardened valve seats and not having the engine specs here with me the valve sizes are 2.1X and 1.9X. The cam is the largest profile Comp gggCams Mutha Thumpa Kit available. The intake manifold is an Edelbrock Airgap Aluminum unit with a Holley 750 cfm Quickfuel Dual Line WLinkage and gas line.. 7- The Exhaust System consist of Flowmaster Longtube Headers followed by Dougs Headders Remote Control Electric Cutouts. The balance of the exhaust system is a Flowmaster Stainless Steel Kit designed and to fit and route the same as they were on a new big block car with Billet extensions at the rear and utilizes Flowmaster 40 Mufflers.. 8- The Torque Converter is a custom built 3000 RPM Stall Speed unit based on tire height cam profile and final gear ratio.. 9- The transmission is a custom built Turbo 400 which was gone through and beefed up to handle up to 800 HP.. 10- The rearend is a custom built Moser 9 Ford Positraction unit with a 350 final gear ratio.. 11- I am having work done on the car this week adding front disc brakes Drive Shaft Loop Polyurethane Bushings in stratification locations in the suspension.
