Pontiac T-37. 2nd Owner of a numbers matching T-37 with a rebuilt 350ci engine 82,500 original miles and 20,000 on the rebuilt engine
Pontiac renamed the tempest to T-37 mid year in 1970.The name T-37 was continued in 1971, after 1971 the T-37 was renamed the LeMans.43,000 T-37s were made over the year and a half the car was in production. 20,000 of the 43,000 were 2 door hard tops.Since this T-37 was considered a base model the car came with a 6 cylinder. It was on option to have a factory 350 installed. Making this car more rear then a standard T-37.Unlike many GTOs most T-37s were driven and not preserved so after 39 years very few still remain.
