I am the second owner of this all original AMC Ambassador Brougham. Everything works on it, including the AC with a new temperature control valve and fan. The car has new brakes, FIVE new whitewall tires, new timing chain, new water pump, new battery, all new belts, hoses, and gaskets including valve cover gaskets. ALL fluids and filters replaced. Rebuilt carburetor, cleaned and sealed gas tank, new shocks. The front suspension is completely rebuilt. This car has the heavy duty suspension package to accomodate a tow package. 360 V-8 2 Barrel Heavy Duty Suspension - it handles better than any car this size I have driven. Heavy Duty Cooling. Four-wheel power drum brakes and power steering The paint and upholstery are all original. The bad news. The vinyl roof is peeling off the car, so it needs to be replaced, but because the car is all original, I will let the next owner decide whether to replace it or not.. This is a 45-year-old car, so it whistles and rattles like any car that old that has not been restored.
