| Details: | 1972 Opel GT daily driver. 1.9 liter, 4 speed. Rebuilt Weber DGV with cold air intake. New master cylinder, calipers, cylinders, hoses. New wheels, tires. Seats are from a 72 Porsche 914 and have been redone in cloth and vinyl. Electric fuel pump. Battery has been re-located in aluminum box. Many new parts and comes with some spares (alternator, mechanical fuel pump, belt, hoses). Originally a California car. Body is very solid but there are a few rust spots, very minor. Exception is belly pan rust under the orginal battery mount. There is some frosting on the edge of the windshield. The car had a re-spray at some point in the original color but the clear coat is peeling. Car will come with the original AM radio and factory service manual. |
