1975 Porsche Carrera for sale $269,800

Mechanically identical to the 1973 Carrera RS, featuring the legendary 2.7 liter Mechanically fuel injected type 911/83, 210 BHP engine, this is a Swiss delivery car. I imported it into California after purchasing it from itandrsquo;s Swiss owner several years ago.

The car comes with itandrsquo;s Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche confirming this to be a matching numbers car. All the internal numbers, including the secret production number, have been verified, are authentic and correct.
Despite never having been restored the car finds itself in fine to very fine condition throughout. It has only had one repaint to itandrsquo;s present day livery of Grand Prix white, originally light yellow, and black stripes. The interior, with itandrsquo;s Factory black headliner, period correct seats with tweed inserts, seems to confirm itandrsquo;s the claimed 3 ownership and original mileage of 54.295 (86.473 kms) status. Even the perfect dash is original to the car.
Although previously rebuilt, in preparation for using the car in Classic Rallies, I had the matching number engine stripped down, inspected and found to be excellent condition with no wear. It was then carefully resealed and reassembled, the 019 MFI pump and the correct RS Stacks and throttle bodies were rebuilt. The car already benefited from a limited slip differential and upgraded brakes, installed by the previous Swiss owner.

This is a really wonderful and correct driverandrsquo;s car with tremendous presence and verve. It has been meticulously prepared and maintained, with recent full service only last month, and now has a total of around 800 kms on the car since the overhaul.

This Porsche MFI Carrera is now ready for immediate use, and prepared to be driven and enjoyed in any of the wonderful Classic events now available.
The car comes with Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche, receipts, correct 6/75 dated space saver wheel, jack, air pump and tool kit.
