1977 Volkswagen Beetle.... The Volkswagen Beetle is one of the last beetles built in 2003 that was rebuilt using a salvaged 1977 beetle so it could be registered as a classic and taken to car shows. The car was built by two VW employees to be a show car that was taken from the west coast to the east coast and demonstrated to the various VW clubs what the last beetle looked like. The car ended up in Maryland. I have owned the car since May of 2009. It has a rebuilt Virginia title and is tagged as an antique.
