1978 Chevrolet Nova for sale $28,500

This 1978 Nova 9C1 (Police Package) Coupe is quite possibly the rarest Nova ever produced and a large piece of American and Chevrolet automobile history. All other Police Novas were produced as four doors. This is the only Nova 9C1 Coupe with 100% documentation as to its authenticity. I am the second owner after the original owner ordered it in 1978 in Chattanooga TN and sold it to me in 2008. It has been judged National Gold at the 2014 Nova Nationals in Columbus Ohio. It competes in the restored original class because of a complete re-paint in lacquer as a result of the period paint fading. As you can see it is outstanding triple black. It is one of the most correct 4th Generation Novas in existence. It has the original engine, transmission and rear end with approximately 31,000 documented original miles. It is equipped with 31 factory options to include, the Cabriolet top, A/C, tilt and cruise and comes with a binder full of original documentation including MSRP, build sheet, etc. This will all go to the new owner. The car is kept in my climate controlled garage under two car covers and has been more than babied since my purchase. It has Flowmaster dual exhaust added. I am retired, enjoying life, and do not have to sell this rare car, but am selling because of other interests.
