Details: 1978 Porsche 911 Turbo. It is a privately owned vehicle being sold on consignment on behalf of the owner. Consignment sales give you the best of both worlds: you get a well cared for, privately owned car with a known history as well as the ease and security of working with a very service focused, specialty dealer. This 1978 Porsche has only 69k miles on it. The 3.3L flat-six engine sends all its power to the rear wheels through the four-speed manual transmission. This car looks and sounds amazing! This 911 has been with the same owner for the last 25 years. It has never been smoked in. It comes with the books, tool kit, original spare tire, and many of the service records, including a very recent engine-out and transmission-out service. This 911 comes with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity that proves it is a numbers matching car with the factory engine and transmission. The engine was just gone through by The Porsche Work Shop in Austin and all the seals that needed attention were replaced. The transmission had several synchro gears replaced. The clutch is like new. The A/C was updated with a better compressor so it stays cool during the summers and it blows tons of icy cold air. It does include the original compressor. The entire car was repainted in the factory black on black color scheme. Unlike most repaints, this one is truly a show quality paint job. The stereo was replaced with an Alpine head unit and new speakers. It does have a USB-input for the head unit so you can enjoy any of your music on it. This car is fast, fun, and in excellent working condition! -Vehicle is on consignment and at our clients home -Please Call First and talk to a rep at 231-468-2809 EXT 1 -Showroom is by appointment only Please Call -If you would like a FREE Listing please visit our consignment page or Call
