1979 Special Edition TransAm with W72 option (400ci Pontiac big block + BorgWarner 4 spd trans). Numbers matching nearly original survivor, one of only 1107 built. Entire drivetrain rebuilt within factory specs spring 1992 with 35k miles put on it since.Many new components inc; starter, alternator, waterpump, fuelpump, heater core, ac compressor, 4 disc brake calipers, carpeting, tires, more. Runs great, no sheet metal rust, no bondo. Original paint, Hurst shifter, hobnail velour interior, t-tops, power windows/doors/antenna/trunk release. Open hood scoop and true dual exhaust with no cat converter. Texas car, Im the 4th owner and I bought it in April 1985, spent a lot of money on it keeping it inexcellent running condition, know its worth and have seen it steadily climbing in value thru the yrs.
