This first year 944 was special ordered in Pasadena yellow, with brown trim, and Berber tweed seat inserts, Heavy duty stabilizers front and rear, and protective side moldings. Of curse, it was already standard with an engine oil cooler, rack and pinion steering, all power dual diagonal disc brakes with a variable proportioning valve, front and rear spoilers, Bosch fog lights, black centered alloy wheels with 215/60x15 radial tires, Climate control air conditioning, fully tinted glass, tilt and removable sunroof (the biggest ever), electric rear window defroster, leather steering wheel, full thick pile carpets, and a 7 year anti-corrosion warranty from the factory...Dealer options included rear turbo spoiler, additional factory rustproofing, and paint sealant. Delivered new by Goodwin Motors in PA...Serviced there and Dick Horrigan Porsche by the original owner. This is a magnifisently well preserved example, still wearing its original paint, and serviced by an obsessive original owner! We just serviced it up ar Fred Heistand Automotive, at 85,400 miles, and all it required was an oil change, A/C recharge, and fresh Inspection/Emissions Certification.
