Factory ordered in special Sapphire blue metallic paint, and Linen leather interior with deviated dash and trim, Automatic 4-speed transmission, C0-2, US Emissions, M-158 Blaupunkt Monterey stereo cassette, M-404 Stabilizer bars front and rear, M-418 Color coded body side moldings, M-454 Automatic Cruise control, M-650 Sunroof with power tilt, M-946 Leather seats. Of course it was already standard with dual diagonal power disc brakes, independent suspension, 49/51 weight distribution rear-front, A bullet proof all aluminum 2.5 liter engine block, head and pistons, with dual overhead cams, Bosch DME fuel injection, and a high CD ignition system! Creature comforts included power/heated rear view mirrors, electric rear defroster, tinted glass,an excellent HVAC system that could refresh the cabin every two minutes, leather 4-spoke steering wheel and shifter, orthopedic seats, power windows, intermittent wipers, power hatch release, A Pennsylvania car from new, that has only been driven spring, summer and fall on the nicest of days...Always serviced and garage kept. Timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump, pump update kit, front engine reseal, thermostat, radiator flush, drive belts, air filter, fuel filter, oil change with OP switch, were completed just 12k miles ago at 40k. miles... But, due to time, in march of 2013,at 51k. miles, we did the belts again, the cam tower seal, replaced the front rotors and pads, rear brake pads, hood shocks, Oil/filter change,and converted the A/C to r-134a. I removed it from storage for some spirited drives over the next year, then, in Feb. 2016 at 53k miles it was due for inspection and emissions certification, so we did that, replacing the battery, wiper blades, sunroof micro-switches, and an oil/filter change. Totally serviced up...Its a classic Porsche with fantastic handling, comfortable seating, and a modern AC system, thats absolutely chilling! |
