You are looking at a rare 1994 Porsche Speedster. It is a privately owned vehicle being sold on consignment at Stressless Auto on behalf of the owner. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster, it is a rare special edition of the 911. They made it as a nod back to the Porsche 356 of days past. The 964 Speedster was designed to fall in the range as a driverandrsquo;s car between the 911 Carrera 2 Cabriolet and the 911 RS. They made 930 world-wide but only 427 for the US market, spread over 1993 and 1994 model years, making it a very rare car. This Speedster has only 62k miles on it. The 3.6L flat-six engine sends all its power to the rear wheels through the five-speed manual transmission. This car looks and sounds amazing! This Porsche comes with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity that proves it is a numbers matching car with the factory engine and transmission. The interior and paint are original as well. The A/C and the stereo are the only two things on this car that do not function as they should. The only thing we are aware of that is not original is the stereo. Currently, the stereo is not functional. Rather than replace it, we left it for the new owner to choose to return to a factory head unit and speakers or upgrade to a modern sound system (theyandrsquo;re about the same cost).
