This is a Retro-Vette in the Classic style with all the modern mechanicals. A 2001 donor car has new body panels of extremely tough Gurit CBS carbon fiber. The resulting car is 4 inches wider and 2 inches longer than an actual 1962 Corvette.It is Torch Red with 2008 Corvette Spyder wheels, has a stock 350 hp engine mated to a stock 6 speed manual transmission. All emblems have been removed and a third brake light is frenched in above the license plate, a backup light below it. Headlights are HID.The interior has also been entirely redone. The console has been reconfigured to eliminate the ashtray and add a clock. There is also a painted Eagle on the waterfall and painted ’62 emblem under the hood. There are new leather seats (complete with seat heaters), leather console cover, shift knob and boot, and brake Knob and boot. The carpeting is also new and two sets of mats are included.
